Why Kesselly Lost The Fake Lawsuit?

It is often said that “What is not done legally is not done at all.” If Kesselly could not win legally, what other way can he? Simple, by lies, misinformation and deception! He is calling people all over the place, using sweet mouth to mislead them. The sad thing is that some people are falling for it. Kesselly forgets to know that you fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.

Just for a brief history, Kesselly filed a frivolous, fictitious, fallacious and phony lawsuit that has absolutely no merit. In the process, he filed for injunction, it was denied! He filed for judgment by default, it was denied! And when he opposed mediation, he was fined hundreds of dollars for failure to honor court-scheduled events! In the entire process, he was not cooperative and worst yet, he demonstrated medieval type recalcitrance only akin to primitive warfare. After he smelled his disgraceful defeat in the court and in the face of a bankruptcy that denies him the ability to finance the most expensive phase of the litigation, he cried wolf and decided to withdraw the case. But the fact is that he had absolutely no case. Why jack refused his supper? …Because, as we all know, he has none. Anthony Kesselly lost the case because it was a mere fabrication that had absolutely no merits!

His lawsuit could not change the facts that he was never duly and constitutionally elected. But he is insisting that people recognize him as ULAA President. It is not and was never! Since 2008, a few friends and family members pampered Kesselly into deliberately violating the Union’s organic and elections laws with the design to impose him upon Diaspora Liberians without challenge. In the process, they employed most of their tribal, friendship and other resources into creating what has now become the longest fought and nastiest political battle ever known in the history of this almost half-century old ULAA. They were mistakenly led to believe that by imposing their master on the people’s shoulders outside the democratic process, they would have succeeded in forcing their dictatorial hegemony upon the peace-loving and trouble-averse Liberians. But they were dead wrong! In fact, they have failed miserably in their scheme.

It is worthwhile to note that due to the deliberate violations of the constitution of the Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas (ULAA), the election activities were declared NULL and VOID by the ULAA Electoral Panel, and subsequently re-enforced by the National of Board of Directors. The Chairman and members of the National Board of Directors at no time approved of any election.

This is why the ULAA Administration and the National Board of Directors of the Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas (ULAA) have issued a statement to again advise the general public that there is a group of imposters headed by Anthony Kesselly and friends, using the name of the organization, ULAA, soliciting funds from people and businesses, purporting to be leaders of the organization. Clearly, these are charlatan characters with dubious reputation.

Any person or group of individuals doing business with imposter Anthony Kesselly will be doing so at his or her own risk. Any Liberian who mocks himself or herself into being deceived about a bogus so-called ULAA election in Minnesota simply sets himself or herself up as the sad and grief-stricken inheritor of the ongoing Washington D.C. litigation and the fiercely ever dirty and nasty ULAA fight. Be so warned, accordingly!
