Francis Zayzay wins Legal battle against OLM and Kerper Dwanyen

Kerper Dwanyen’s effort to settle scores with Francis Zayzay, Former OLM Elections Chairman, has failed.

This was part of a grand strategy to settle political scores and get even with Francis Zazay, Mr. Kerper Dwanyen  hired a lawyer to force members of the Elections Commission, to submit to a "discredited auditor." When that effort failed, Kerper Dwanyen attended the meeting of the board and insisting that the OLM Board satisfy his campaign of vengeance against Mr. Zayzay by empowering him to go to court.

Kerper Dwanyen repeatedly and consistently pressurized members of his "rubber stamp board" to carry out his wishes. Of the five-member board all three of the Kerper Dwanyen stooges – Arthur Zakama, Richard Parker and Henry Kesselly voted to grant Kerper Dwanyen his wish. Following a two year long legal battle, the Judge William R. Howard of the Fourth Judicial District finally ruled to dismiss all counts against Mr. Zaizay.

In am e-mail which was forwarded to our news desk, Francis’ attorney,  Morgan Smith of the SMITH & RAVER Law firm writes:

"It is my privilege to inform you that I have received Judge Howard's decision by mail, and I am honored to inform you that we have won on all counts.
Congratulations!
I am out of the office for the day, but will copy and mail you a complete Order when I return on Monday.
Have a nice weekend, and enjoy your victory."

This brings to close Kerper Dwanyen's vigorous vicious efforts to settle political scores.

"The goal was to settle scores", one of Kerper’s loyalists told a friend. It is widely known in community circles that Kerper Dwanyen and Francis Zayzay have had long running differences for some time, and Mr. Dwanyen reportedly told few insiders that he will destroy Mr. Zayzay if it means OLM uses all its due payment to pursue his goal.

In his quest to settle score Kerper Dwanyen also attempted to file lawsuits against former OLM president, Martha Sinoe, Wynfred Russell, Benoni Tarr Grimes, publisher of the Peoples News; and Mr. Emmanuel Dolo. But he discovered that his lawsuit claims had no merits and he therefore dropped that attempt.
