Impostor Anthony Kesselly faces Impeachment for misappropriation

Reports reaching the peoples News indicate that ULAA notorious impostor and con-artist, Anthony Kesselly is very close to being impeached from his ULAA-K faction for several counts of financial akesslley.jpgmismanagement.

The Federation of Liberian Associations in Ohio (FOLAO) has introduced a petition for the impeachment and is calling for signatures. Whenever the petition is signed by a simple majority of the member chapters, it can be submitted to the National Board of Directors for the proceedings to begin.

According to CHAPTER XXVI, IMPEACHMENT, Article 2 of Kesselly own constitution, "Misappropriation of the Union’s Funds and Resources, Abuse of Power, Misfeasance and Malfeasance, Felony Conviction, and Conduct Detrimental to the vital interest of the Union shall constitute grounds for Impeachment."

The charges listed in the petition include:

 Requesting 10 signed blank checks, with no dollar amount, from Mr. Emmanuel Togba former National Treasurer, who was on his way to Liberia, without any budgetary allocation or National Board of Directors’ approval;

 Lying to and withholding information from ULAA National General Assembly about the 10 signed blank checks at the 2010 ULAA National General Assembly in Minnesota;

 Well calculated unwillingness to include the name of the current elected National Treasurer, Mr. Kulah Parker name on ULAA financial document. Example, check book;

 Refusal to submit a budget to the National Board of Directors for approval;

 Refusal to submit to ULAA National General Assembly an audited financial report as stated in: AND

 Ordering payments and receiving funds in the name of ULAA without supporting document or budgetary allocation or ULAA National Broad of Directors’ approval.

Kesselly has gotten away with such criminal behavior on many occasions, but he has always been surrendered by stooges and sycophants it has never come to light. They make him a dictator and tyrant onto himself. This time the Federation of Liberian Associations in Ohio (FOLAO) has decided to hold him accountable and his feet to the fire.

Political observers believe the Federation of Liberian Associations in Ohio did the right this and must be applauded for their courage. It is time for Kesselly to go. They are of the conviction that Kesselly is responsible for all the problems and divisions in ULAA and as long as he is around the conflict and crisis will continue.

ULAA has been struggling with a leadership conflict for three years now with apparently no end in sight. It is no secret that Kesselly has been the problem for ULAA. He feels he is law onto himself and everyone should submit to his wishes at all time. This time it is different! An impeachment will be the best way of ending the conflict and bringing peace and unity to ULAA.
