MT. AIRY OFFICIALS ON VACATION TO LIBERIA

Two Mount Airy executives left the United States recently for separate private visits to motherland, Liberia.

MASC Board Chairman, Hon. Benoni Tarr Grimes departed the twin cities on Sunday, December 13, 2009 and arrived safely in Monrovia on the 14. He will be away for three weeks. Mr. Grimes is expected to return to the twin cities on January 7, 2010.

In a telephone conversation with our reporter, the MASC Board Chairman said his visit is so far exciting and rewarding. He pointed out that he is very glad to be home after almost ten years away from Liberia and that there is no where like home.

Since his arrival, he has made visits to several parts of the Monrovia and is will be making visits to other parts of Liberia. Mr. Grimes can be reached by telephone at 06111823.

In related development, the Financial Secretary, Mrs. Cecilia Harmon is also in Liberia for vacation. For her part, she has made several visits to Liberia since she took residence in the United States many years ago.

Meanwhile the two Mount Airy executives are expected back in the Twin Cities in time to attend the first meeting of the year which is scheduled for January 10. 2010. The First meeting the year is expected to be held the head Quarters on 128 Mt. Airy Street.
