Elizabeth Stone once said "Making the decision to have a child is momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body." So was the decision of Patrick and Comassa.

In this light, Baby Malaika arrived on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 to be a member of the mankind here on earth. It all took place at the Allina Hospital at 360 Sherman Street in St. Paul, Minnesota.

It all started with pain that had her mother, Comassa Morris rushed to the hospital. She was accompanied by her husband, Patrick Morris. The doctors at the hospital, without any delay, get to business to ensure a safe delivery and arrival of the baby Malaika.

It was a long night for Patrick and Comassa, but then at 9:14 PM it was "eair," "eair," "eair,’ and baby Morris was here, here to stay and was name was given by her dad who named her "Malaika."

The baby and her mom stayed at the hospital for almost a week, until the doctors said its time to go home. Remember a baby is an angel whose wings decrease as his legs increase.

Meanwhile, the baby shower for Malaika and Comassa will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the residence of the Morris’ on 9060 Hillside Trail, Cottage Grove in Minnesota.
